Even thought this lesson was meant for K-2 I did it with my 6th grade classes, and let me tell you they had an amazing time! These kids got SO creative. I was really impressed with what they chose to add to the typical pencil. A lot of them went in the direction of assistive technology, such as speak to write and spellcheck!

My first grader group loved the creativity they could use during this lesson. Surprisingly they loved the writing extension that goes with this lesson.
